Description: PS-90 is a turbofan engine designed to power large transport aircraft such as Russian Il-76 Candid or its tanker derivative Il-78 Midas. It features low fuel consumption and high thrust output of approximately 35,000 pounds.

In 2005, Jordan ordered two Il-76 tactical transport aircraft powered by fuel efficient PS-90A-76 turbofan engines.
