Friday, September 28, 2007 US Navy contract for the procurement of 370 AE 1107C Liberty engines to power US Marine Corps MV-22s and US Air Force CV-22s. The contract was valued at $700 million with 296 engines powering 148 V-22 Osprey aircraft and the remaining engines provided as spares. Engine deliveries are expected to complete in 2013.
