Description: The OTO Melara 76/62 Compact is a lightweight, rapid-fire, automatic naval dual-purpose gun system capable of engaging both ships and aircraft. The unmanned, stabilized naval mount features a 76mm 62-caliber gun and can be installed on a wide range of ships ranging from corvettes to destroyers. The 76mm gun is feed by an 80-round revolving magazine which can be reloaded by two-man. It can fire any existing 76/62 ammunition, including DART guided ammunition, in single shot mode or multiple shots with a maximum rate of fire of 100 rounds per minute. Optionally, the 76/62 C weapon station can be provided with a dual feeding system, new control console and stealth shield.
