Description: The OTO Melara HITFIST is a two-man (gunner and commander), turret system intended for both medium and heavy armored vehicles utilizing wheeled and tracked chassis. It is equipped with a 30mm chain gun cannon and a 7.62mm coaxial machine gun. The fire control system allows engagement of target with great accuracy. The sensor package includes laser rangefinder and daylight and infrared cameras. The low profile turret is made of aluminum alloys and composite material to ensure a high degree of protection against ballistic threats.
