LAN Airlines order for 26 Boeing 787 Dreamliners and two Boeing 777 freighters. The deal was announced on November 5, 2007. On 22 September 2005, Boeing and Avion Group's subsidiary Air Atlanta Icelandic signed an agreement on four Boeing 777 twin-engine freighters with purchase rights on further two aircraft. The firm order Boeing 777F were scheduled for delivery to Air Atlanta Icelandic beginning in February 2009. On 29 December 2005, Avion Group placed a second order for four Boeing 777 Freighters which were expected to be operated by Avion's subsidiary Air Atlanta Icelandic. Avion selected General Electric's GE90-115B1 engines to power its newest 777s. Deucalion Capital VII Limited took the eight Boeing 777F airplanes been cancelled by Avion Group on January 28, 2008. These aircraft valued at $2 billion were set to be leased to AeroLogic.
