Lufthansa Letter of Interest (LOI) for 30 Bombardier CSeries jets powered by Pratt & Whitney Geared Turbofan. The LOI also includes options for another 30 aircraft. The CSeries jet ordered by Lufthansa have a price tag of $46.7 million a copy. The deal was announced on July 13, 2008, and represented the official launch for the CSeries program.
