This program was valued at roughly $1.1 billion with aircraft deliveries beginning in 2010 and will continue through 2017. The final agreement encompassing two single-seat C Gripens, four twin-seat D Gripens and two Saab 340 aircraft, only one of them equipped with Erieye radar system, was announced on February 11, 2008. The contract was valued at SEK 2 billion for Saab. Deliveries were expected to take place during 2011.
