ABS Jets to Be Embraer Executive Jets Sales Representative in Eastern Europe

S�o José dos Campos, April 2, 2009 � Embraer named ABS Jets as its authorized sales representative (ASR) in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia, this week. The deal with the Czech company was announced on the opening day of the fourth AERO Friedrichshafen Trade Exhibition for General Aviation (www.aero-friedrichshafen.de), April 2-5, in Germany. ABS Jets is also an Embraer authorized service center and one of the largest Legacy 600 operators in Europe, and will be selling Embraer's full Executive Jets portfolio.

Naturally, we are pleased to extend our great relationship by announcing the company as Embraer's new sales representative for Europe," said Colin Steven, Embraer Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East � Executive Jets. "As well as being an authorized Embraer maintenance service center, ABS Jets also became the first Legacy 600 operator in Central Europe, in 2004, and currently flies six of them."

Embraer's Executive Jet portfolio consists of six aircraft: the Phenom 100, Phenom 300, Legacy 450, Legacy 500, Legacy 600, and Lineage 1000, from the entry level, light, midlight, midsize, super midsize, and ultra-large categories, respectively. These aircraft have cabin sizes and ranges that are well-suited to the most diverse demands, allowing for greater work productivity and offering better use of valuable travel time, in comfort and privacy.
