This order represents the second Trent 700 selection for the A330 freighter, with a total of 14 firm aircraft now on order with two customers. With the new technology that is being introduced into the engine, Avion's customers will benefit from significantly improved fuel burn, in addition to the attributes that have made the engine the market leader." The Trent 700 is the most environmentally friendly engine on the A330. It is the quietest and cleanest option, with the greatest margin to CAEP 4 legislation.
