Bombardier Aerospace continues to expand its fast growing worldwide support network, adding two new Challenger 300 service facilities in North America. Duncan Aviation - Battle Creek of Battle Creek, MI, and Midcoast Aviation of Cahokia, IL, have both been appointed as Authorized Service Facilities (ASF) for the popular super midsize jet.
"We are expanding our authorized service network reach in the U.S. and worldwide. Over 100 Challenger 300 operators in the U.S. now have greater access to top quality, customer-oriented service and support on the continent," said James Hoblyn, senior vice-president, customer experience, Bombardier Business Aircraft. "Both Duncan Aviation and Midcoast Aviation have earned the confidence of Bombardier and its operators over the years and we are pleased to broaden our relationship with these leading companies."
Duncan Aviation and Midcoast Aviation join Bombardier business aircraft's worldwide service network of 45 service facilities offering 24/7 aircraft on ground (AOG) support, along with scheduled and unscheduled warranty and maintenance work.
