"Both Duncan Aviation and Midcoast Aviation have earned the confidence of Bombardier and its operators over the years and we are pleased to broaden our relationship with these leading companies." Duncan Aviation and Midcoast Aviation join Bombardier business aircraft's worldwide service network of 45 service facilities offering 24/7 aircraft on ground (AOG) support, along with scheduled and unscheduled warranty and maintenance work. Duncan Aviation's Battle Creek operation is a full-service facility with 30,193 sq. m. (325,000 sq. ft.) of hangar space at the W.K. Kellogg airport. The largest family-owned aircraft support services provider in North America, with over 2,000 employees, Duncan Aviation has been servicing Learjet aircraft for close to 50 years. The Battle Creek operation was named an ASF for the Challenger 604 in 2005. The Midcoast Aviation facility, located at the St. Louis Downtown Airport, features over 46,451 sq. m. (500,000 sq. ft.) in eight hangars, and a team of over 1,200 technicians and production staff. The full-service centre has a proven track record with Bombardier products, providing service and maintenance on Challenger 600 series and Global aircraft since 1980.
