Japan Aerospace Corporation Places Order with Cessna for Citation Jets and Turboprop Aircraft

Atlanta, September 24, 2007 - Confirming continued growth in the international business aircraft market, Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, today announced at the National Business Aviation Association annual meeting that it has received a significant order from Japan Aerospace Corporation, a subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation.

The order includes three CJ2+, one CJ4, one Encore+, one XLS+, three Caravans and three SkyHawks. A signing ceremony will take place in the Mustang conference room at the Cessna booth (#8550), Hall B on Tuesday, Sept. 25 at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

"Our relationship with Japan Aerospace Corporation and its preceding organizations spans more than 50 years," said Cessna's Director of International Sales, Todd Duhnke. "As our authorized sales representative they have helped make the Cessna Citation jets the most widely used business jets in Japan. The Caravan has also been a great success as a special mission platform. As evidenced with this order from Japan, we continue to enjoy truly exciting growth throughout the entire Asian market."

Based in Tokyo, Japan Aerospace Corporation is the exclusive authorized sales representative for Cessna in Japan. The company's origins date back to Nozaki & Co. Ltd., which pioneered the Japanese aerospace industry in 1952.
