Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners Signs Maintenance Agreements with Eagle Aviation

EAST HARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 23, 2007 � Pratt & Whitney was awarded two exclusive Global Service Partners (GSP) Maintenance Service Agreements (MSAs) by Eagle Aviation of St. Nazaire, France. Pratt & Whitney is a United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX) company.

The first MSA is an exclusive two-year agreement for the maintenance and overhaul of Eagle Aviation's four PW4158 engines. The second MSA is a four-year exclusive agreement for the maintenance and overhaul of Eagle Aviation's four PW2040 engines. Eagle Aviation also selected Pratt & Whitney Global Service Partners as its service provider of choice for their engine health monitoring service for the term of the two agreements. Financial terms of both MSAs were not disclosed.

Eagle Aviation specializes in the lease and operation of Airbus 300's and Boeing 757's in the Middle East and Europe.
