AN/SPQ-11 Cobra Judy Replacement (CJR) Mission
The CJR to be develop by Raytheon will consist of a dual X-band and S-band
active phased array sensors and other related mission equipment. The contract
also includes replacement for the Cobra Judy carrier, the USNS Observation
