Turkey Acquires Underwater Surveillance System from Kongsberg

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace AS has signed a contract with the Turkish company ASELSAN for delivery of integrated Underwater Surveillance Systems as part of the complete Above water/Underwater Surveillance and Detection Systems for protection of the AKSAZ and FO�A Naval Bases (YUNUS) in Turkey. With the scope of approx 130 MNOK, the contract was won in an open international competition. Delivery is scheduled for completion within 36 months.
