US Air Force GBU-28 to Get SAASM Anti-Jamming Guidance Module

Raytheon Co. is being awarded a firm fixed price contract for $10,287,445. This action will award a firm-fixed price supplemental agreement to the GBU-28 C/B production contract to add Selective Availability Anti-Spoofing Module (SAASM) to 279 Laser Guided Bomb Units (GBU-28) and modify 279 Air Foil Groups to Fit BLU-113 Warhead. This requirement originates from the need to have the future production of Enhanced Paveway III (EP-3) to be SAASM compliant. At this time, all funds have been obligated.
