Posted on 04 June 2005 11:59 PMI know the forums are daed and no one cares, but I laughed for a whole day at this:Quote from main page news: The Boeing-led team currently developing the US Navy’s P-8A Multi-mission Maritime Aircraft (MMA) has made a minor design change better suiting the Navy’s unique requirements. The move involved changing the wing extension from a blended wingle to a commercially proven raked or backswept wing tip. Are we running out of things to say or are the founders of this site ex-Orion pilots? Post Reply |

Posted on 05 June 2005 2:15 AMIt seems that the U.S. Navy's MMA is a benchmark for twenty-first century maritime surveillance, so even a minor change in its design should be deemed as a relevant issue. Who knows the editor's criterion?I agree with you the forums are quite dead. Post Reply |
