The RG41 is a 30-ton class 8x8 wheeled armored fighting vehicle featuring a unique modular mine protected design and integrated independent suspension and driveline offering high levels of readiness and an outstanding payload of up to 11-ton. It has been designed to fit into multiple theaters while being cost effective and highly versatile with easy maintenance and repair in the field . The RG41 can be equipped with light and medium turrets and direct and indirect-fire weapons such as mortars. BAE Systems unveiled the RG41 armored combat vehicle equipped with the TRT-25 turret during the Eurosatory exhibition in Paris, France, June 2010.

The RG-41 has a semi-V shaped hull to meet the increasing requirements for high mobility and enhanced protection. The lower hull structure of the RG41 consists of five modular units joined together and bolted under the top structure of the vehicle. Any damaged modules can be removed and replaced individually with pre-fabricated replacement sections. This task can be completed by second line maintenance in an operational theatre. The RG41 has been conceived as a vehicle family with a wide range of variants. It can be configured as a command vehicle, section combat vehicle, ambulance, engineering vehicle or customized for a variety of other missions.
