The Nimrod is a long range, laser-guided, anti-tank missile designed to be fired from ground vehicles and helicopters. Forward deployed forces use a laser designator to direct the Nimrod missile, fired from an emplacement located at 26 km, though its target. The Nimrod missile can also be used as a coastal defense and anti-personnel weapon.
The Nimrod missile is currently in service with the Israel Armed Forces. This weapon is well suited for rapid reaction forces.

The Nimrod 3 is an extended range version of Nimrod anti-tank missile designed to engage armored targets, personnel and buildings with pinpoint accuracy at ranges of up to 50 kilometers. Its sophisticated guidance system is fitted with a semi-active laser and GPS seeker. The weapon carries a 50 kg warhead. IAI developed the Nimrod 3 based on the IMI 160mm artillery rocket. This weapon has been designed to be launched from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) with forward scouting teams equipped with laser designators directing the Nimrod 3 missiles. The Nimrod 3 is suitable for operations at day/night and its flight path can be set below the clouds.

The Nimrod 2 is a dual guidance laser/GPS version of the Nimrod long range, laser-guided, anti-tank missile designed to be fired from ground vehicles and helicopters. Forward deployed forces use a laser designator to direct the Nimrod 2 missile, fired from an emplacement located at 26 km, though its target or can rely on the GPS navigation to reach to the target area. The Nimrod 2 missile can also be serve as a coastal defense missile and anti-personnel weapon.

The Nimrod SR is a short-range, semi-active laser-guided anti-tank missile that can be fired from ground platforms such as RAM AT tactical vehicle or airborne platforms such as helicopters and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). The missile has a range of 8 kilometers launched from land platforms. This weapon is well suited for rapid reaction forces. Nimrod SR was unveiled in March 2012 along with the RAM Mk3 AT 4x4 tactical armored vehicle.
