French Navy Successfully Test Fires M51.3 Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile

France conducted a successful test of the M51.3 strategic ballistic missile without a nuclear charge, said the country's Defense Minister Sebastien Lecornu.

The rocket was launched from a test site in the commune of Biscarrosse. The rocket landed in the Atlantic Ocean several hundred kilometers from the coast.
