Yemen's Houthis Strike Israeli Military Base with Palestine-2 Hypersonic Ballistic Missile Weapon

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saria said the Ansar Allah rebel movement carried out a hypersonic missile attack on a military base in Israel.

"The Yemeni armed forces' missile forces carried out a military operation, launching a Palestine-2 hypersonic ballistic missile at an Israeli military base located east of the occupied Jaffa region," TASS quotes Saria as saying , citing the Al Masirah TV channel.

Saria noted that the projectile successfully reached its target, bypassing American and Israeli air defense systems.

This is not the first time the Houthis have struck Israel with hypersonic weapons. In early October, Ansar Allah struck military targets in Tel Aviv using two missiles, one of which was hypersonic.

In September, the Houthis also reported using Palestine-2 against military targets in Israel.
